ABOUT ME

Alana Nicolaou

Nominated Supervisor

I believe that children learn best through meaningful interactions and hands-on experiences that support their social, mental, and physical development. Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment allows children to feel confident to explore, learn, and grow.

Seeing children develop and reach milestones is one of the main reasons I chose to study childcare. My goal as an educator is to support children in becoming confident, capable learners and to prepare them for their future as they transition to the next stage of their schooling journey.

As an educator, I believe that helping a child move happily and confidently into the next phase of their life is a reflection of the care, guidance, and support we have provided.

“To see a child happily go on to the next phase of their lives makes me see that we have done our job properly.”
