About Our Service

We are a family-owned and operated early learning centre that has been providing quality education and care to children and families since 1998. For more than 20 years, we have built a strong reputation within our community by creating a welcoming, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child is valued, respected, and supported to reach their full potential.

We cater for children aged 16 months to 6 years and are licensed to care for up to 39 children each day. Our smaller service size enables us to develop meaningful relationships with each child and their family, allowing our educators to understand every child's individual interests, strengths, learning styles, and developmental needs. This personalised approach helps us provide responsive care and engaging learning experiences that support children's wellbeing, confidence, and sense of belonging.

Our learning environments are thoughtfully designed to meet the developmental needs of different age groups through three dedicated rooms:

  • The Discoverers – 16 to 24 months
  • The Explorers – 24 to 36 months
  • The Inventors – 36 to 72 months

Each room provides age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage children to explore, investigate, create, and develop at their own pace while fostering independence, curiosity, and positive relationships.

Our educational program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS). We recognise that children learn best through play, meaningful interactions, and hands-on experiences. Our educators intentionally plan learning opportunities that are responsive to children's interests and emerging skills while promoting the five learning outcomes of the EYLF:

  • Children have a strong sense of identity.
  • Children are connected with and contribute to their world.
  • Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.
  • Children are confident and involved learners.
  • Children are effective communicators.

Our practices reflect the principles and quality areas of the National Quality Standard, ensuring we provide a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment. We are committed to continuous improvement and strive to create experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing while maintaining strong partnerships with families.

We believe families are children's first and most important teachers. By working collaboratively with parents and caregivers, we create meaningful partnerships that support each child's learning journey both at home and within our service. Open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making are central to our philosophy.

At our centre, we celebrate diversity and promote a culture of inclusion where every child and family feels welcomed, respected, and valued. We encourage children to develop confidence, resilience, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning through play-based experiences, meaningful relationships, and a supportive community.

Our dedicated team of qualified and experienced educators is passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care. We continually reflect on our practice, engage in ongoing professional learning, and work together to create rich learning environments that inspire children to explore, discover, and thrive.
